How to apply
MS 50 (also called John D. Wells on MySchools) offers applicants the choice between our traditional programing, with priority given to students living in District 14 then those in Brooklyn as a whole, and our borough-wide Spanish Dual Language Program.
To apply to MS 50, visit our page on MySchools and add us to your child’s middle school application. The middle school application is now closed for the 2024-25 school year. For complete information on how and when to apply in coming years, visit the Department of Education’s page which will have the most up-to-date information.
